3D Artist/ Lead Artist/ Lead Game Designer
Budcat Creations was a 3rd party developer until 2009 at which time it was purchased by Activision. I had the pleasure of working at Budcat Creations for five years, as both a 3D artist and as Lead Game Designer. While there I helped in the development of 6+ titles and worked through the prototyping and development of other unseen titles.
Top Shot Arcade (Wii)
Contributions: UI/UX Design, Game Design
Details: Top Shot Arcade is a game hunter console game that mimics arcade style shooting. We developed a special gun, and crafted a prototype that went from pitch to final product. During production I designed level obstacles, pacing and UI elements to help interface the player with the Will controllers to create an authentic arcade experience.
Pix Maze (iPhone)
Contributions: Lead Game Designer
Details: Budcat Creations first adventure in iPhone games, before most were developing for mobile. I lead a team in taking a concept through iterations under tight deadlines to produce a game of puzzles and revealing images.
